This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with the Service, including information about our clients and their travelers. By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from your organization when it enrolls you as a user or traveler, and from service providers that help us operate the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Process and manage booking requests, reservations, modifications, and related correspondence;
  • Provide invoices and billing information related to your reservations;
  • Communicate with you about your account, requests, and reservations;

We keep a record of the messages we send and their delivery status.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this Privacy Policy, except with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 With Hotels and Travel Providers

To fulfill booking requests and reservations, we share relevant traveler and reservation details with the hotels and travel providers necessary to confirm and service a stay.

5.2 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, authentication, and similar infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mass Lodge, our users, or others.

5.4 Business Transfers

If Mass Lodge is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at privacy@masslodge.com.
