Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services Mass Lodge, LLC (“Mass Lodge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides. The services are the masslodge.com website, LODGIC, our corporate travel and lodging management platform, and our text messaging program (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of services

The Service includes a client portal. In it you can view your travel requests and reservations, submit new requests, and ask for changes. If your account allows it, you can also view related invoices. The features you see depend on your account.

3. User accounts

Some features require an account. You must keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if someone accesses your account without permission. Keep the information you give us accurate and up to date.

4. Fees

Your organization’s agreement with Mass Lodge sets the fees for the Service and the lodging we arrange, including service fees, program fees, and reservation charges. These fees may appear on invoices we issue through the Service.

5. Payment terms

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice or in your organization’s agreement with us. Late payments may incur late charges where the law allows. Fees do not include applicable taxes unless the invoice says otherwise, and you are responsible for those taxes.

6. Intellectual property

Mass Lodge or its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, and intellectual property laws protect them. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your organization’s internal business under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. User content

You keep ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant Mass Lodge a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and display User Content as needed to provide and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the right to submit User Content and that it does not break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
  • Disrupt the Service or its performance, or try to gain unauthorized access to it
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of others
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to harass anyone

9. Text messaging (SMS)

What we send

Mass Lodge sends text messages about lodging arranged through the Service. All of them are transactional. We do not send marketing texts. You may receive:

  • Verification codes when you add, change, or opt in with your mobile number
  • A confirmation when you opt in
  • Notices that we received a travel request, confirmed a reservation, or issued an invoice
  • Reminders about upcoming check-ins and check-outs
  • For travelers, a stay’s hotel, confirmation number, and check-in and check-out dates, plus reminders the day before check-in and the day before check-out

How to opt in

Apart from verification codes you request, we text a mobile number only after its owner opts in. There are two ways to do that.

  • Portal users confirm their mobile number with a texted verification code, then turn on text notifications in their notification settings. Text notifications start off. You can turn them on or off for each notification type at any time.
  • Travelers without a portal login opt in at portal.masslodge.com/texts. Your organization may share this page as a link or QR code. You enter your mobile number, confirm it with a texted verification code, and check a consent box that starts unchecked.

Accepting these Terms does not opt you in. Neither does creating a portal account or having a mobile number on file. A mobile number your organization gives us when it books your travel is not your consent to receive texts. You do not have to agree to texts to book travel or use the Service. If you have not opted in, we may email you instead.

Message frequency

The number of messages depends on your reservation activity. Portal users may receive up to 100 messages per month. Travelers who opt in on our text opt-in page may receive up to 20 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming the opt-out, then stop texting that number until you reply START to opt back in. A STOP reply covers every text we send to that number, including portal and traveler notifications. Portal users can also turn off text notifications in their notification settings.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mass Lodge and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Your right to use the Service ends when your access does. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
